RELEX, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Russia. The key field of the company expertise is data access methods. The main product is RDBMS LINTER, which is used by Russian Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In 2000, to expanse the client base, RELEX, Inc. founded subsidiary company in the USA, RelexUS, Inc. RelexUS, Inc. has been successful on the international IT marked as well, and started to supply SONY Corporation with embedded edition of RDBMS LINTER in 2003.
RELEX, Inc. is always guided by necessity to work in conditions of limited computational resources. Pocket StarCalc illustrates this approach. It is an example of fast access to compactly presented data.
